Founded in 2012 out of the MIT BioInstrumentation Laboratory, Portal Instruments’ needle-free injection technology has developed from a large bench top model to a handheld injection system, ready for high volume production and clinical testing.
Today, we are expanding our electro-mechanical drug delivery platform, developing an economical, reusable needle based auto-injector, controlled by software and customized to each medication.
